It's looking like 1 billion shares will be traded today.

Nothing will happen, unless the company starts production. If the company had produced even ten vehicles to start filling their Walmart order, the stock price would be fine, raising money would not be a problem.

The company hasn't been producing vehicles. They concentrated on getting more orders. The company is running out of money and the share price is dropping. Last year's reverse split cut my appetite for shares. It's probably the same for others. I doubt the company will wait long to do another reverse split, sell shares, and pass out bonus shares to management and employees.

UK possibilities might be more likely to happen before USPS.

Yeah. I tend to think Trump not would do that. It would open the bidding process again and delay the Post Office from getting (much needed) new vehicles. EVs are good for the type of driving most postal workers do.

I think the thing hurting GOEV the most is the lack of production (and the late notice that the company would miss Q3 forecasts).

On Bloomberg last week. Guest said Trump is going to reverse Biden's order to "electrify" USPS fleet. ICE vehicles on my rural route are belching blue smoke like crazy. GOEV had hoped for an order of 10K plus. We shall see. HAWK

The share price is below a dollar. The SEC sent a de listing notice last week (still 180 minus a few days, until necessary). The shareholders (somehow) voted yesterday for managements ability to do a reverse split. And, the company still doesn't appear to be producing vans to fill orders.

What is the reason this company's stock keeps going down beyond it being a startup and struggling to scale and make a profit, like most companies in the EV sector? Is there news of dilution, reverse split, etc.?

Canoo will have it's Stockholders meeting tomorrow. Stock price doesn't anticipate any good news.

Stock price on 11/22 when the Annual Meeting was originally scheduled but then postponed was ~0.45. It's currently ~0.34, a decrease of ~ 25% over the last two weeks.

I think I looked at and decided against putting anything down to reserve a Pickup with this company over a year ago. They do not seem to have any type of management concerned with actually producing product. They seem crazy inept.

Looking at their job postings, they have been looking for a Welding inspector since May and it seems they may have cleaned house in their design department in September. This may have to do with their HQ moving but it is all pretty nuts for a company that said it would be producing thousands of units by this stage.

I read this almost a week ago. I had not heard about the furlough at the time, so it was out of context. Things could be much worst than the company is letting on.

IMHO< It all depends on whether or not production timeline the company has put out to investors happens. More product "out the door" and more orders coming in. I would love to get that "Bulldog" truck. That Tesla truck is a POS. HAWK

True, but it's still a big market. USPS contract would be 10-12K vehicles. Walmart 5-6K. Plus overseas markets. I believe the state of Okla. order was 100. We shall see. HAWK

Most of the EV stocks are down today after Trump's win - fearful that the pressure will be off to convert to EV models.

I picked up some shares at .38. No big buys. I still believe they will get some type of USPS order. They should have production ramped up by the 1st Qtr. TWT. HAWK
