Unfortunately Lebby didn't get it. I was concerned, and then very concerned over time when he stepped into the Chairman position after Tom Z. retired for personal reasons. Lebby said to be patient, and was working on a very large Tier 1 deal, and transceiver company (putting in lots of resources) to engineer their product was "dragging them along" for the 1st big deal. Lebby should have selected a top seasoned businessman to the Chairman position to properly manage the direction of the company (and pulled out Marcelli and replaced him) in a timely way to accelerate their polymers into the Tier 1 industry just as the market is ramping up very fast w/ now 800G transceivers and going to 1.6T soon for hyperscaler data centers after Nvidia AI first hit massive revenue growth in late 2022 I believe. Hell, Yves would have been the perfect person! Trying to engineer a PIC was a pipe dream (not sure who they were working with or Foundry... the one in Asia???), and is not in their business expertise nor efficient use of dollars (low cap X spending to minimize dilution). Question I have is does Lightwave have sufficient funds to go into early 2026 without much capital raises? They need to get some design deals in the months ahead and share price appreciation into the $4 to 6 dollar range so dilution is minimal.

Amen Yves is taking reign of the company now to put it back on the right track. Looks like we lost 1- 1.5 years, as volume production is now 2027-2028 from what Yves said on the call. j2026 is sample production and testing with customers I assume.

I'll listen again tomorrow but I thought that he said they are already in stage 1 and 2 with some and that is where the decisions are made.

Many were expecting end game stuff, not I, I still say a takeover will happen.

A thought just occurred to me. He mentioned partnerships generally occur in stages 1-2 of the 4 stage process. That means it could be sooner than my negative mind ran towards in the re-start. I know it's not a re-start, a shift in strategy, whatever... but maybe it won't be as long as I first imagined when I was ready to see black everywhere...

Its not nonsense. Walter could have known that lebby was full of bs with so much direct contact.

But no, walter always claimed that lwlg was so close and the deal could happen any time.

If walter had no clue that Lebby was full of bs after countless meetings. That really says something about walter's inter- personal skills.

I am still looking forward to read his news letter and see how he is going to spin it that for the next 2 years we wont see any revenue and how that is a good thing while sit at 1$ per share.

I think that lebby wanted to dominate the 20 companies that are in the business.  I see a ton of new companies now that may get in the game of assigning engineers to this, that is a good thing.  Do what you do best, lighrwaves has the "teflon", let the makers of devices figure out how to speed up their devices applying perk so they stop working against us and speed up the silicon Phonics that has hit the performance wall.  Let those who make outdoor attire use the gore-tex.   I get it.

We know why he went to Belgium, which seemed like 10 times, they loved him big time, probably even shined his shoes for him. He talked to them personally, which some of them thought was like talking to the Lord almighty.

What the Hell happened was Lebby's science experiment, his fucking ineptitude at CEO, Marcelli rubbing one out in his Florida home with shareholder funds, where the F was the board and I hate to admit it, we have been scammed.  Total grift and BS for years. Now we know why Lebby on down never put any of their own funds in of any meaningful amount. F these guys. Shareholder suit, anyone?

I wonder how Walter will feel now.

Knowing that Lebby his closest friend in lwlg was a fraud.

Will he feel betrayed? Was walter complicit? Is he thinking now how to spin this news positively for his sunday email?

Can he sleep at night knowing that he wasnt truthful to his loyal readers?

How does he feel that due to his pumps and cloud nine statements, investors hold on the shares and lost millions and millions of dollars.

I look forward to his news letter this weekend

Two things:

1. Yves gave a solid overview. He was honest, shared numbers, and laid out a clear picture of where we stand. The next 1-2 years will be about partnerships, with a real ramp-up in 2026-2027.

2. How do we file a class action lawsuit against Lebby and Marcelli? Everything they said over the past three years—personally to me, including over dinner—was either a lie or a massive exaggeration. I feel disgusted with myself for believing it.

I still believe in LWLG because of the tech and Yves, but someone needs to be held accountable for what happened to shareholders.

I certainly understand the sentiment and tend to agree based on all that has transpired to date. Yves appears to be a very straight shooter. I'm guessing we hear about a design win when it happens without much sunshine blown up our skirt before hand. That goes for potential buyout situation as well.

Yves is extremely clear. Lebby spoiled away a few years!
Market likes it and wants it.
Challenges are still in convincing reliability, working on scalability etc.
But we must act fast!
Deals are constructed in stage 1 and 2 and that’s where they are now working at.
He talks with investors aswell.

Today, one of the long time defenders of Lebby has admitted that lebby is a fraud.

KCC, I deleted my first response. (I suppose I was just frustrated.) It was very hard for me to hear through his accent. What is happening?... are we are looking at a new shift completely... (I think that's what I heard) being such a long time shareholder I didn't quite understand what the shift was toward. (is it simply being a material supplier?) I'm sure I just couldn't hear it, right. Being a material supplier only instead of what was the approach before? I'm really being serious in my ask. Can you explain it to the novice...

He started by stating the opportunity size is quite substantial.

He indicated he believes in EOP and that is being received positively by many in the know.

He indicated he is having productive meetings but that it is important they make gains quickly.

There are a number of things I need to hear again via the transcript.

Isn't this better than leading everyone on and then disappointing them?
