Middlefield Banc Corp. Announces 2024 Fourth-Quarter Cash Dividend Payment
MIDDLEFIELD, OHIO, November 18, 2024 ◆◆◆◆ Middlefield Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: MBCN) today announced that its Board of Directors
declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share. The fourth-quarter dividend is payable on December 13, 2024, to shareholders of record on November 29, 2024.
