With the price going down daily I was thinking about options to try and get some type of answer or response. People claimed to have called Glickman and that has got us nowhere, we have no CC calls anymore to raise questions, we get no PRs anymore, and the idea has been floated about legal action but that appears to be going nowhere. Another idea would be to have a formal letter written and directed specifically to the Board and Audit Committee of NXPL raising our questions, concerns, etc to see if we can get some type of action or response. If nothing is received to keep sending until we do. I am not going to be the ideal person to draft such a document but wanted to raise that idea to the group.

Good luck with your new shares Gedi! I have cash but I'm not feeling like I can average here. I agree that insiders are underwater and I hope that they are not happy about that!! What confuses me is that NXPL management doesn't even try to share a vision that would attract investors, and reverse their loss. I know about the PR's for NXPL China sales and other business segments, but what happened to expanding the RXMD business with locations, technology products, healthcare products (OK, the vitamins are a bit hopeful, if they can compete), ...anything innovative other than reselling drugs. I get the feeling that RXMD is set aside and will go stagnant as focus is an overall regret about investing in a healthcare company (that is my take from Flaker's visit today). If that's true, they should just finance a profitable sale back to Armen, or better, Shital. I know that will never happen, but my hope has degraded to wishing. I invested in and I miss the communication that came from Shital! Even Armen was hopeful, until he made a bad deal for himself and shareholders alike. I believe Armen had good intentions toward shareholders and he lost everything because he wasn't smart enough to make a solid deal with contingencies.
Charlie needs to communicate if he is honest about wanting to do right by former RXMD shareholders, and if he is serious about wanting to reverse his loss on the shares that he owns today, vs. the shares that he'd issue himself after another rs. That's my worst fear here. Is that fear justified? Trading below $1 it at least seems possible.
When I did it in June, I felt bad about realizing a 60% loss on 50% of my investment. Now, I'm wondering if I should have closed my position. My position was large. My loss is large. OK, I've said my thing, I won't keep repeating it. I hope that I'm given a reason to resume posting positive content here!! But I can't make it up, it needs to be based on communication from inside.
IMO
Good Luck NXPL Shareholders!
