XRP is on a huge run with a lot more in the tank guys. Also look at NAK little risky be careful with that one but has a lot of momentum for the season we're in. 

If they do (BIG IF) do a buyback this is so wound tight It should really pop if its bought all at one time,  then I believe there will be a huge sell of shortly after. JMT

I agree after watching it today I don’t think it was buyback either. Thinking maybe a small group or someone thinks it may do something soon and dropped some dollars here. It is due for a good jump.

My opinion,  this isn't the buyback shares 

So what's the theory on the SP and volume increase?

I'd expect more that a measly 7.5% of the allocated $2M set aside for share buy backs to be utilized. The volume is promising but it hardly moved the SP with sustainable staying power. Bummer.

Tomorrow and Friday we shall see if that volume was frontloading by short sellers or buy backs.

We should expect a PR soon if that EOD action was truly a company executed buy back.

However, the after hours plunge below today's opening price leads me to believe a group came in EOD to short NXPL in the upcoming days. 🤔

If there was some big news coming I wouldn’t think the volume would have been such a short lived jump but would have continued. Unless somebody just wanted to spend about $150k to get in.

That's some crazy buy orders for sure if that's the case. 

We may have just saw some buy back. But dang with that volume we didn’t get very far.

Haven't spoken to them. I don't trust the Glickman lip service he provides. Has been 7 months since buy back was annouced and we have yet to see any shares bought by company. That PR was another Fernandez smoke & mirrors campaign in hopes of boosting share price, which failed to happen.

The company has about 90 days remaining to submit plans to NASDAQ and regain $1.00 min. bid compliance. Then they'll most likely request another 180 day extension.

Resistance at .80 cents seems to be fairly strong. Without any significant news or buy backs the share price will continue to remain where we sit today.

And the slow climb continues... 💪. Has anyone talked to the company of late? Or, are we all just going to wait to see what happens with the pending lawsuit? I'm assuming there won't be a buyback now huh? Lol

Not quite, was praising a position I shared with JMCK. I'm not counting on NXPL returning to pre-split valuation anytime soon. Fernandez screwed us then kicked the bucket.... I'll be writing off these losses on my 2025 taxes.

Agreed. Fernandez's carefree leadership did alot of damage to shareholders value. Slow and steady continued rise in price; hopefully.

I've looked and can't find anything. Per the coroner's office he died on a Tuesday at 2:29 PM. My guess is a heart attack.

It is true, but what we expected is more firmly about , new about or bombshell about. Mr.Fernandez might has been very ill during the time , so we should for give him.

At least we have some idea of their plans going forward, much better than we ever got with Mr. Fernandez.

At the very least they're owning up to supporting Charles vision. If this had been a complete fleece from the gate they would have distanceed themselves from the buy back im pretty sure and not added anmo to any looming lawsuits

Have to give them the benefit here. Charlie is gone so that puts a kink in things for a while. I'll take it for what it is for now. A reiteration that they will be doing it. 

Agreed JMCK. Basic logic dictates it would have been advantageous to buy back in the 40s and 50s, now the stock has become .25 cents more expensive.

I really wish I knew what the hell they are waiting for to pull the trigger on the buyback program?
