RedHill Biopharma Ltd. (the “Company”) announces today the adjournment of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for November 16, 2023, due to a lack of required legal quorum.

The Company’s Board of Directors has approved the postponement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to November 29, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Israel time, to be held at the offices of the Company at 21 Ha'arba'a Street, Tel-Aviv, Israel. All votes submitted to The Bank of New York Mellon, as depositary for the American Depositary Shares, must be received by 12:00 p.m. EST, on November 24, 2023.
