SPSS Cancels 2009 Second Quarter Conference Call Due to Pending Acquisition by IBM

recent announcement of a definitive merger agreement with IBM, it
will no longer host its 2009 second quarter conference call
previously scheduled for Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at 4 p.m. CT. The

results via press release after market hours on August 4, 2009.
