Been a strong summer

Leased some acreage to AR in 2015. Final months of 5 yr. lease term, when wells are most often drilled? Drilling drastically reduced across the nation due to COVID lockdowns & the lease expired undrilled.

That said, have nothing but good things to say about Antero. They pay very good upfront signing bonus to subsurface mineral landowners to lease to them. During entire process? Treated me AWA other local (NW West Virginia) mineral property owners, I know personally, extremely well.

Look forward to doing more deals with them in the future.

if i am not mistaken next earnings are july 29 so you can wait but i am guessing that by then the stock will be above $4.50 and hopefully above $5

i am adding as i can down here and i guess we will see in two months
what has transpired. i like the movement the last month or so here
and think things will continue upward

Waiting to see what happens if they do a reverse split, and their quarterly report before I do anything here. Let’s see just how far they go, CHK did a 200 to 1 and their stock popped , but is going into the sh*tter now.
