Sendas Distribuidora S.A. (“Company”) announces the hiring of Ágora Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. (Tax ID no. 74.014.747/0001-35), in accordance with item 11 of Annex G of CVM Resolution No. 80, of March 29, 2022, as amended, and article 6 of CVM Resolution 77, as intermediary institution for the Company's First Buyback Program, approved at a meeting held on June 25, 2024, by the Board of Directors and object of the Material Fact disclosed on the same date.
