Oh ya the last 2 news flashes here were Form 4 sells so I figured the insiders think it's good time to off load then it probably is?

Ya I'm thinking NEWT over IRM I have some options on IRM currently that are green and saw the raising dividend history and developed a liking to it!


Newt has had some good press and numbers and could run up 25% or more and has a nice dividend to boot!


I just decided to sell OHI I was raising my stop every day and planning to get out so I decided rather than get stopped out at 37.5 I would just take what it had to offer! It is a good stock but it will come back down for another run later.

I like NEWT more than IRM here.

Why?

Well I am out today at 37.72. Been a real nice ride from 25 going to look for a replacement. Thinking about IRM has a nice .61 dividend and mid 30's.

NEWT also looks attractive..

I had to do some math on this one as I own it all over the place. Bought some at $18.50 and some at $31.90.

I have 25 dollar shares in my coffer so I am getting ready and preparing to sell them but if it keeps going up I will tag along for the ride ,but when it drops I will be out this cycle!

I sold all mine off at $31.50 a while back and never got back in....actually not entirely true. Still own 2000 shares, but sold off 80% of what I had.

That's why I am applying a tight trailing stop and raising it daily at this point!


A move to $42+ seems imminent, but then what?

This is a Hold and collect now. I wouldn't be buying new inventory at these levels. It's a good time to shed some. Hard to call but with the loosening of interest rates this could forage on to new highs!

CVS a great buy right now plus the .50 dividend! I just caught the 52-57 move with some options. Been following this one for years and there was no reason for the recent drop going recover nicely over time!

Don't know O looks like it's had a great run already. SIX on the other hand has dipped big probably a great time to buy plus that juicy dividend of .82!

Just run a trailing stop of about one dollar back. I just raised mine .20 to 37.20. I don't really want to sell , but don't want to miss the OP should it recede in a hard way. When it got up to 40 just a quarter ago it sharply dropped on the last earnings to 35.


The next earnings is coming up sometime in April which could make it spike either way? With the easing of interest rates this could just March right on into the 40's soon! Either way I am good with collecting the dividend and watching the position grow!

OHI still on the prowl! Just raised my stop to $37. Going keep it trailing about One Dollar and keep raising till I get stopped out. A whole lot of green on this one got a average of 25 and been collecting the dividends for 6 7 quarters. Been a nice ride so far!

I see it as a nice hold to collect but I wouldn't add more at this point. The stop in interest rate rises should keep this solid for 2019!

another strong day for OHI raised my stop another .30 to 36.10! Going keep raising daily if it rocks on more!

Man I am having a hard time finding green stocks in my holdings but OHI still continues to work it's way up. Raised my stop another .30 up to 35.80 today! Probably a little high but I am up over 10 a share and don't want to lose it! Had too many lose ground from green territory!
