The chefs, who specialize in Mexican and Latin-American cuisine, own Border Grill locations in Santa Monica and Las Vegas as well as the highly-acclaimed Ciudad in downtown Los Angeles. Milliken and Feniger, who starred in their own Food Network show, Too Hot Tamales, have been featured across the country for their unique and multi- cultural approach to cooking and are the authors of five cookbooks, including Cooking with Too Hot Tamales and Mesa Mexicana. Sodexho, leading provider of integrated food and facilities management services in the country, has around 235 locations in Southern California, 90 in the corporate segment alone.
