agree i believe that SKT will be in play this year. with new CEO who ran Simon Property Outlet Malls he will rebuild brand and watch it will be acquired by a bigger player ( SIMON ).

i was the one that said GGP would be acquired and Simon brought them.

READ THIS ON SKT! skt will be in play with the new ceo who ran simon property outlet centers he came over to build brand and it will be acquired.

i was the one years ago that said General Growth GGP would be acquired and it was. the outside outlet malls are the wave of the future for the shopping experience and tanger is in the sweet spot. buy now up to $20.00 and then sit tight and get out at $25.00+.

Tanger is going to be in play to a larger outlet mall operator. with the new President Stephen Yalof he ran Simons Premium Oulet Malls and knows the business. SPG closed at 106.00 today.
