TotalEnergies announces the second interim dividend of €0.79/share for fiscal year 2024, an increase close to 7% compared to 2023

The Board of Directors meeting on July 24, 2024 under the
chairmanship of Mr. Patrick Pouyanné, Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer, decided the distribution of the second 2024 interim
dividend of 0.79 €/share, an increase of 6.8% compared to the three
interim dividends paid for fiscal year 2023 and identical to the
final dividend for fiscal year 2023 and to the first 2024 interim.
This increase is in line with the shareholder return policy
confirmed by the Board of Directors in February 2024 and reiterated
at the Annual General Meeting of May 24, 2024.
This interim dividend will be paid in cash exclusively,
according to the following timetable:
