Why not? He can sell another 20 million shares at $5-8 and add another $100 million of cash to their runway. Sell it to his buddies and he gets more tacit control of the company. There would only be 40 million shares outstanding. Rinse and repeat.

I don't believe so. I am not sure they will meet requirements as stated. We can't really know anything until they release some financials, though.

It's $BBBYQ dude. My shares are still not visible in my brokerage accounts. When a Company goes -OUT- the ticker symbol still remains in the list of stocks you own/owned. It never goes away unless the ticker symbol is used
