Arehada Mining Limited ("Arehada" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AHD.H) is
pleased to announce that it has filed applications with the securities
commissions of Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta to revoke the cease trade
orders issued by the securities commissions on April 18, 2011, April 8, 2011 and
July 21, 2011, respectively (together, the "CTO's"). The CTO's were issued as a
result of the Company's delay in filing its audited financial statements and
accompanying management's discussion and analysis, related CEO and CFO
certifications and Annual Information Form for the year ended December 31, 2010.
The Company is now up-to-date on its filings which can be viewed under the
Company's SEDAR profile at "www.sedar.com". There is no assurance that the
applications to the securities commissions will be granted.
