Bradmer Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:BMR.H) announced
today that Perry N. Dellelce has resigned as a director of the Corporation. He
will continue to act as a consultant to the Corporation. The Corporation thanks
Mr. Dellelce for his commitment and significant past contribution to the
Corporation.
