Baden Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BDZ) announced today that effective
immediately the Company has changed its name to FSI Energy Services Inc. (TSX
VENTURE:FSI)


Richard Ball, President and CEO of the company, says "this name change more
closely aligns the Company with its operating subsidiary, FSI International
Services Ltd., and more accurately reflects the Company's key product and
service offerings."


The Company will begin trading under the new symbol FSI on the TSX Venture
exchange on July 23, 2010.


Through its wholly owned subsidiary FSI International Services Ltd., FSI Energy
Services Inc. is a Calgary-based manufacturing and service company specializing
in customized filtration, filtration-related technologies and Brine Plants for
the international and domestic energy, chemical and water treatment industries.
