Larry Buchinski to the Board of
Directors. Mr. Buchinski has worked for the Company since
October 2005 as Territory Manager,
Industrial Sales and recently was appointed Vice President,
Industrial Sales. He has more than 25 years of experience as
auctioneer, sales manager, and principal, in auctioneering
companies in Saskatchewan and has
served as President and a director of the board for the
Saskatchewan Auctioneers Association.

provided him with a depth of knowledge and experience that will be
welcomed at the board level," says Grant
Hodgins, CEO of the Company. "He will be a valuable resource
as we advance the business." The Company had previously
granted 29,000 stock options to Mr. Buchinski.
