Iplayco Corporation Limited (TSX VENTURE:IPC) ("Iplayco" or the "Corporation")
announces that it has entered into four (4) new significant sales agreements
amounting to U.S. $3,007,242 to design, manufacture and install large indoor
play structures for corporate customers in North America.

agreements which are expected to favorably impact the operating results of our
