Preo Software Inc. (Preo) (TSX VENTURE:PKM), together with Toshiba America
Business Solutions, Inc.(TABS), is pleased to announce the co-branded production
release of Printelligence(TM) MPS to all authorized Toshiba dealers and
wholly-owned subsidiaries in the United States, Mexico, Central America, South
America and the Caribbean. The launch was kicked off with multiple live webcast
presentations from New York, New York to Honolulu, Hawaii today.


First announced this past summer at Toshiba's LEAD2010 events, the launch
introduces a new services offering called "Managed End-User Printing" based
exclusively on Printelligence(TM) MPS. Going forward, this offering will be
tightly integrated into the broader Toshiba managed print initiative.
