Did you ask Tony why the fins aren't out yet? A lot of people bailed yesterday, probably because the fins are late, although there are many still in, probably more still in than got out.

Ross is now listed as Secretary and VP for both Lena Beverage and Brewing. There used to be two different people in those roles. That roughly coincides with the sale of the property.

Likely the property was sold to get the money to clear any remaining notes Lena had including buying out those other two people.

I called Tony and asked him about it. Obviously, he can't tell me anything that isn't public, and he didn't. I'll be sticking around even though financials aren't getting out on time, which I don't excuse, but things might get interesting soon.

It's funny the same names do tend to come back at interesting times. Some of it is they just want to gloat while the price is down. Ronin isn't smart enough to be getting in for a flip. Neither is cowboy. Grant maybe. They'll disappear soon enough.

Very interesting that certain individuals return and bring up old history at the same time that Tony has become lax in posting the financials. In my 7 years of following APRU we have had similar experience of timed bashing at the same time of a dip in PPS. I suspect we will see 3-4 new (and in some cases old) posters show up to try to drive the price down.
If anyone is interested in adding APRU to their portfolio your time might be about right. In the next few days, we will see how Tony reacts to the expected barrage of old negative news. Have your powder ready just in case. I know I will! Let the fun begin!

A few years ago on Twitter, I crossed paths with an American living in Chile. He said they do the same there and, I think they do the same in other countries, too, including in Europe. Don't know why they can't come up with their own worthless traditions instead of stealing from the US.
