There is a very simple remedy for a lost CERT. It doesn’t take 5 years to resolve.

They don’t need to cancel common shares, it’s the Preferred A shares that are the issue and the hindrance to moving forward. And Tony said he already paid for them to be cancelled. I think it was in 2019.
