Judge Zurn has no more cases on her calendar this week. Does not mean CLHI won't land there if earlier cases are discharged .
Until this gets through her court, this is just as viable as it has been all year . the court is seriously backlogged and has been since COVID.Thousands upon thousands favor the incorporation laws of the state of Delaware..

Most of us here have seen that one or two market-makers have been playing price games on volumes so small no trader would seriously do . Do not lose sight of the impact of this .

Lastly, if your orders at very low prices are not getting executed, bear in mind the OTC does not function like the big boards . There is no rule that says your order has to get executed just because you are next in line or that your price is best at any given moment . It can sit there until someone decides to act on it. It is not very automated either .

Best strategy is not to sell unless you can take a good , beneficial tax loss .

What does it bring to sell 200,000 shares now? The transaction costs more than what it brings in.

You won't get filled for that size IMHO without a major price uptick, maybe a few more shares will get dumped down here at the bids but the window is closing fast, imho
