IR, I do agree with you. If the Judge in this matter can restore the stock's integrity, then its value as a ramp for a private company to go public ir to be used in some form of merger, its value could increase possibly quite rapidly and the pps could go to $1.00/ share or more in the blink of an eye.
We've all stared at charts of stocks that are all but worthless for many months on end, only to land on a day when the value soars. My bet is that is exactly what happens here.

One aspect of this stock I admit I do not fully understand is that however one choses to look at it, this stock...as a financial instrument has a fundamental flaw with it. Because of this, we seem to have this eternal fly in the ointment that gets in the way of anyone being able to connect a new company with this stock. It will only be because of a judge's favorable ruling that it may once again qualify to be used in that way.
Despite this defect, shares can be bought by any member of the public with the money to do so . The controlling party, the State of Delaware, knows this defect exists, yet the stock still trades. Something about this seems off to me.

Perhaps I lack a certain depth of knowledge or understanding when it comes to the circumstances that must be present in order for trading of a certain stock to he halted.

Thoughts, anyone?

$CLHI the case / petition was assigned to Vice Chancellor Zurn. She asked for a proposed order which we sent in a few weeks ago. We haven't heard anything since.

Hi Peter, she is reviewing a proposed order but we haven't heard any comments back from her. No idea on timing to hear something. It's obviously moving at a snail's pace

If you got a reply from Berry that is a good sign.
Judicial system a complete and utter disgrace in this country..

I also asked this question last week and the answer is wait until the judge decides. So I don't think anyone can answer that. It's a real shame that this has to take so long.
