Investors aka olive tree orchard owners were to get paid by the company to harvest the leaves, etc.. At some point ownerships were converted into company shares, while the company now owns the orchards. As for the report discrepancies, i understand that their current public listing status does not require full transparency.

The most recent SEC report shows a laundry list of shares issued to a bunch of people over the last couple years for “orchards in Spain”
Does anyone know what this is all about?
The also put out a circular a couple years back attempting to raise about 16mil which ironically is the same amount shown on the SEC report for “property assets” in 2023.
Can anyone help me connect the dots here and how does all of this contribute to their massive share price increase over the last few months?

I’m still learning so I have to ask, by that do you mean adjusting the sale price on the order to match the current ask price? And selling at the bid price to create support? Thank you much! Also curious what stats you watch to give insight towards potential price climb/fall?

Of course take profits. I always try and take em on the ask when possible, and dumping into the bid always leave a little support. These low floaters tricky with large gaps on the bid/ask. GL Cheers!

Idk looks like it wants to go higher. Had a solid pullback from the highs looks like it wants to climb again. I have a couple small sells in the 7/8 range. This may run again before fillings?

That was the only conclusion I could come to as well. I found an article a few months back talking about how big companies like L’Oréal and others are moving into this “waterless beauty” trend and even using the same base (olive oil) as OLVI. Sometimes you just get lucky I suppose! Cheers! Big celebration when they hit double digits!!!!!

Not exactly sure. I know competitor Kiehl’s has done over a billion in yearly sales pushing water based products and the market has turned in our direction.

I saw that article too, but how does just “targeting” a nasdaq listing cause such a run especially when the same article says they plan on diluting their own shares by offering an additional 50 million in the coming months? I bought in at .05 a share a couple years ago and currently hold 10,000 shares simply because I liked the stock but without some kind of hard facts or numbers to back up the current valuation I fear that it’s not sustainable. As much as I’d love to see them hit their target price of 12.50 a share I’m just not seeing how.
