UPDATE REGARDING AN AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF THE PLAZA CENTERS CZECH REPUBLIC S.R.O's RECEIVABELS

Plaza Centers N.V. (" Plaza " or the " Company ") announces today that Plaza Centers Czech Republic s.r.o (" Plaza centers CR "), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has signed an agreement for the sale of its receivables to a third party, for a total consideration of EURO 200 thousand, regarding an advanced payment for the purchase of a Czech project company which Plaza Centers CR paid in the past.
