Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Oxford, UK, and Dover, Delaware, USA, 06 October 2021: Sensyne Health plc (LSE: SENS), the ethical clinical AI company, announces that i ts Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 30 April 2021, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') were posted to shareholders on 5 October 2021. Copies of both documents are available on the Company's website, www.sensynehealth.com

The AGM will be held at 2:00 pm BST / 9 am ET on Friday, 29 October 2021 at Voco Thames Hotel, Henley Road, Sandford-on-Thames, Oxford OX4 4GX UK and virtually on a video conference.
