Sorry B, but david isn't anywhere near the top criminal mastermind list. To be honest, it's hard to deny that david is really good at becoming wealthy. In my opinion most ceo's, where they are blue chip companies or penny stocks, main goal is to become wealthy. They simply don't have the goal of pleasing shareholders over obtaining personal wealth. As investors we have the ihubub advantage. Many here post research simply to help others make more informed decisions. Most social media investor sites post hidden agenda's. The DD support board is wonderful when they are not busy posting cooking recipes and yet deleting my perfectly on topic posts like they recently did. So simply enjoy the more honest ihubub collaberations, reread your posts often and make money.

Michery is going to run into a problem with Nasdaq even beyond the min. bid price. Right now the company does not meet ANY of the three standards used for continued listing…and no reverse split is going to fix that.

Also he will be limited in what he can RS to as he can’t go too far below the minimum shares outstanding of 500,000. I guess he could quickly dilute but that just exacerbates the other issues.
