Director/PDMR Shareholding
nmcn plc announces that it has been informed that Mr Eden
Taylor, son of Dan Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, has bought a
total of 718 ordinary shares in the Group. The transaction
consisted of a share sale of 728 ordinary shares by Mr Dan Taylor
and then a transfer from Dan Taylor's personal share account to Mr
Eden Taylor. 718 Ordinary shares were then bought by Mr Eden
Taylor's Junior ISA.
Dan Taylor's, along with associated persons, beneficial holding
in the Group is 98,227 ordinary shares, representing 0.94% of the
Group's total voting rights of 10,406,108 ordinary shares.
The information contained in this notification is disclosed in
accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse
Regulation.
