The Company announces that Matt Jones, Chief Executive Officer,
was yesterday granted a conditional award over 325,191 ordinary
shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the
Company's performance share plan. On the same date, Adam Moloney,
Chief Financial Officer, was granted a conditional award over
111,482 Ordinary Shares under the same plan. This plan is subject
to various performance criteria being met over a period of three
years from the date of grant.
