Compass Group Says No Decision Made on Potential Capital Raise

Compass Group PLC said Friday that no decision has been made
with regards to a potential capital raise, nor as to any of the
details regarding its timing or size.
The FTSE 100 company said it has successfully obtained waivers
from its U.S. private placement investors for its leverage covenant
tests in September 2020 and March 2021.
However, it said no decision has been made on whether to proceed
with a capital raise, nor on any details if one were to take
place.
The company noted that it continues to evaluate the merits of a
range of options to further increase its resilience.
Compass Group said it would make a further announcement if and
when appropriate.
