eMagin Corporation (AMEX: EMA), a leader in virtual imaging technology, has entered into definitive agreements with institutional and accredited investors for the sale of approximately $6.5 million of senior secured convertible debentures and warrants. The net proceeds from the financing will be used for general working capital purposes.
