WILMINGTON, Del., June 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DuPont Titanium Technologies today announced a price increase for all DuPont(TM) Ti-Pure(R) titanium dioxide grades sold in Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. Effective July 1, 2007, or as permitted by contract, prices for all titanium dioxide grades will increase 80 Euros per metric ton in Europe and Africa regions and increase $120 per metric ton in the Middle East region. This increase is consistent with the global price increase actions announced by DuPont and is supported by current improving economic conditions, strong TiO2 global demand and significant increases in raw material, energy and fuel costs, as well as reinvestment economics to meet future customer needs.
