The award includes a base period and four option years with a total value of at least $3.5 million if all options are exercised. TechTeam has operated the FEMA EMI ISP Support Center since 1999, assisting students using the ISP training Web site (http://www.training.fema.gov/), which provides access to 62 self-paced training courses, to help them with enrollment, obtaining course completion verifications and using online training materials. In addition, TechTeam manages the affiliated College Credit program, through which First Responders can obtain credit toward college degrees for coursework completed under the ISP.
