Change to the Board of Riverside Finance plc

Riverside Finance plc (the "Company") issued GBP250 million 3.875% secured bonds due 2044 on 5(th) December 2014 (ISIN: XS1148849018).

The Company announces the resignation of Susan Jee from her position as a Director of the Company, with effect from 9 February 2019. Susan had been both a Director of the Company and Chair of the Board since incorporation in September 2014. Susan had also served as both a member and the Chair of the Group Treasury Committee of The Riverside Group Limited, the Parent of the Company; as well as a member of the Board of The Riverside Group Limited, the Parent of the Company.

The Company announces the appointment of Michelle Dovey as both a Director of the Company and Chair of the Board, with effect from 10 February 2019. Michelle will also serve as both a member and the Chair of the Group Treasury Committee of The Riverside Group Limited, the Parent of the Company. Further to this, Michelle will serve as a member of the Board of The Riverside Group Limited, the Parent of the Company.
