Note to the half-year financial report 
These half-year financial statements have been drawn up under the same 
accounting policies as those used for the preparation of the company's annual 
financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2010. They have not been 
audited or reviewed by auditors pursuant to the Auditing Practices Board 
guidance on 'Review of Interim Financial Information' and do not include all of 
the information required for full annual financial statements. 
The financial information for the year to 31 January 2010 does not constitute 
statutory accounts within the meaning of Section 434 of the Companies Act 2006. 
Statutory accounts for that period incorporating an unqualified audit report 
have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

I confirm that to the best of my knowledge, the condensed set of financial 
statements has been prepared in accordance with pronouncements on interim
