                          BEA - TRADING ANNOUNCEMENT

The Bergesen d.y. Group has today bought a total of 810.200 of it's own shares, 
608.200 A-shares and 202.000 B-shares for respectively NOK 165,58 and NOK
153,57.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 746.650 of it's own
A-shares and 253.350 of it's own B-shares.
