Details of Amended and Restated Final Terms by Westpac Securities NZ Limited

On 20 July 2017 the following Final Terms were made available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 19 December 2016 as amended and restated on 20 July 2017 relating to Series 032 USD900,000,000 Floating Rate Instruments due October 2019 issued by Westpac Securities NZ Limited under its Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by Westpac New Zealand Limited.

Further to the announcement of 20 July 2017, we confirm that the Final Terms were amended to:

   (i)   extend the Maturity Date of the Notes from 22 June 2018 to 22 October 2019; 

(ii) amend the Interest payable for the final Interest Period (being the period commencing after the Interest Payment Date falling in September 2019), from 3 month USD LIBOR plus the Margin to 1 month USD LIBOR plus the Margin;

(iii) amend the Designated Maturity of the Notes for the final Interest Period from 3 months to 1 month; and

(iv) update the Moody's Investors Service Pty Limited rating of the Instruments, from Aa3 to A1.
