    Agreement with PKR.com

    AsianLogic Limited (AIM: ALOG), the diversified Asia-Pacific online and land-based gaming company and recent recipient of the Asian
Operator of the Year Award from the eGaming Review Industry Awards, is pleased to announce that it has been named as the exclusive marketing
partner for Asia for popular online 3D poker room PKR.com.

    Under the terms of the agreement, AsianLogic will be responsible for developing PKR.com's customer base in Asia. Using its recognised
knowledge of the Asian gaming and affiliate market and local payment processing solutions, AsianLogic will be promoting PKR.com via
strategic affiliate partnerships and programs as well as direct marketing initiatives throughout the region.

    PKR.com is a leading online poker brand known for its innovative poker room software that allows players to play in a truly 3D
environment. Last August, PKR.com reached its two millionth player milestone less than a year after gaining its first million users. Because
of its leading edge technology and success in the marketplace, PKR.com recently received "Hotshot Operator of the Year" at the prestigious
eGaming Review Industry Awards 2008.
