                        New Distribution Agreement with

                                Tivoli Audio LLC


Armour Group plc's ("Armour") Home Division has been appointed as the exclusive
UK distributor by Tivoli Audio (www.tivoliaudio.com) for their range of prestige
radios. Tivoli is one of the brand leaders in the design and manufacture of
premium lifestyle radios, with their Model One table radio being renowned
worldwide.


Commenting on the announcement, George Dexter said:


"We are delighted to secure this new exclusive distribution agreement with
Tivoli Audio. The Tivoli brand is synonymous with high quality table radios and
its range will be an important addition complementing the lifestyle products
