                                            AGREEMENT WITH VIAPOST 
 
 
ANS  Group,  a  leading  UK  Technology Solutions group, announces that on 21 July 2009  it   entered  into  an 
agreement  with  ViaPost  Ltd ("ViaPost"), pursuant to which the Company may make certain  funds  available  to 
ViaPost. 
 
ViaPost provides a cloud based hybrid mail service which allows its users to send secure, confidential physical 
post  to  any  address in the UK from a computer. Under the ViaPost system, documents are securely  sent  to  a 
ViaPost  centre close to where the document needs to go and printed there for the postal service  to  take  the 
final  few  miles.  ViaPost  commenced operations in August 2008 and has not  yet  reported  financial  results 
pertaining to its operations. 
 
Under  the  agreement,  ANS  Group has agreed to provide ViaPost with an initial  sum  of  up  to  GBP250,000  by 
subscribing  for loan notes convertible into ViaPost shares. Subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, 
the Company may provide further funding to ViaPost and further announcements will be made when appropriate.
