Atlantic  Global  was  notified  on  11 October 2011 that in April 2011, Downing 
Distribution  VCT 1 plc sold 200,000 Ordinary  shares in the Company.  Following 
the  sale, Downing Distribution VCT 1 plc holds 1,040,000 Ordinary shares in the 
Company, representing 4.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
