Suspension of trading on Euronext Amsterdam 
On 6 May 2009, the Company announced a revised timetable for the consolidation 
of the existing ordinary shares of 1 pence each into new ordinary shares of 10 
pence each.  Under the revised timetable, trading in the new ordinary shares is 
due to commence on Monday 11 May 2009. 
However, trading commenced today on Euronext in the new ordinary shares of 10 
pence of the Company (ISIN: GB00B3SHND79) in accordance with the original 
timetable, instead of Monday 11 May 2009 as re-scheduled.  To prevent a 
disorderly market, trading on Euronext in all relevant securities for Antonov 
was suspended at 0920 CET and will remain suspended for the rest of today, 
Thursday 7 May 2009. 
Trading on Euronext in the existing ordinary shares of 1 pence each (ISIN: 
GB00B03THB32) will re-commence at 0900 CET (0800 UK time) on Friday 8 May 2009. 
Trading in the new ordinary shares of 10 pence each will then commence on Monday 
11 May 2009, in line with the revised timetable announced on 6 May 2009 and 
repeated below. 
Trading on AIM in the ordinary 1 pence shares has not been affected by this 
situation and will continue as normal. Admission to trading on AIM and 
commencement of dealings in the new ordinary 10 pence shares will commence at 
0900 CET (0800 UK time) on Monday 11 May 2009.
