The Board of Aberdeen Development Capital PLC has today (22/6/09) declared a 
fourth interim dividend of 0.25p per Ordinary 1p share in respect of the year 
ended 31 May 2009 (2008 - 0.625p). The fourth interim dividend will have a 
record date of 3 July 2009 and will be paid on 31 July 2009 to shareholders on 
the register at the record date.
