In the announcement of Bright Things' results for the year ended 31 March 2009 
made on 2 September 2009 it was stated that Dominic Wheatley and Ian Livingstone 
were both subscribing for shares in the Company pursuant to the placing of 
75,200,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to raise 
GBP940,000 for the Company, before expenses ("Placing"). 
 
 
There was an error in the announcement in relation to Ian Livingstone's interest 
in the Company following the Placing, which stated that his shareholding would 
become 11,998,880 Ordinary Shares representing 4.4 per cent. of the issued share 
capital of the Company. 
 
 
Mr Livingstone has invested GBP35,000 in the Placing, subscribing for 2,800,000 
new Ordinary Shares and as a result his shareholding is now 10,905,556 Ordinary 
Shares representing 4.0 per cent. of the Company.  Dominic Wheatley invested 
GBP400,000 to subscribe for 32,000,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Placing taking 
his interest to 69,005,102 Ordinary Shares representing 25.5 per cent. of the 
issued share capital of the Company.
