Result of Extraordinary General Meeting 
 
The Company is pleased to  announce that shareholders today  approved 
proposals for the issue of a new  and separate class of shares to  be 
known as B Shares  which are described in  the document comprising  a 
circular and  an  Admission  document  dated  15  January  2009  (the 
"Admission document"). 
 
Following approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting the  existing 
shares of no par value will be  designated as A Shares. The A  Shares 
continue to be  traded on AIM  under the ticker  "BKW" with the  ISIN 
GG00B00DDZ42. New share certificates will not be issued and  existing 
share certificates will remain valid. 
 
Except where the context  otherwise requires, capitalised terms  have 
the meaning set  out in  the definitions contained  in the  Admission 
document.
