Redemption of Participating Redeemable Preference Shares ("Shares") 
 
In accordance with the notice sent to shareholders on 14 June 2010, Brookwell 
Limited ("the Company") redeemed 5,502,959 A Shares on 30 June 2010 in a pro 
rata redemption of A Shares.  The redemption price of the A Shares was 45.43p 
per A Share and the redemption factor was 69.800567%. 
 
Following the cancellation of all the A Shares redeemed, the total number of A 
Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 2,380,891. 
 
A new ISIN number GG00B522G992 is available for transactions in the A Shares 
from today and the previous ISIN number of the A Shares (GG00B4KVFQ15) has 
expired. 
 
In accordance with the notice sent to shareholders on 14 June 2010, the Company 
redeemed 2,554,972 B Shares on 30 June 2010 in a pro rata redemption of B 
Shares. The redemption price of the B Shares was 109.59p per B Share and the 
redemption factor was 43.580287%. 
 
Following the cancellation of all the B Shares redeemed, the total number of B 
Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 3,307,720. 
 
A new ISIN number GG00B51WC471 is available for transactions in the B Shares 
from today and the previous ISIN number of the B Shares (GG00B4KLYF33) has 
expired.
