Transaction in Own Shares

B.P. Marsh (AIM:BPM) announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced on 16 January 2023 (the "Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of GBP0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares"). The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company in Treasury.

Following the above share buyback, the number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in Treasury is 238,097 and the total number of Ordinary Shares that the Company has in issue, including shares held in Treasury, is 37,466,000. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company is 37,227,903 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

This purchase concludes the Company's Share Buyback Programme, as the original GBP1,000,000 budget allocation has now been fully utilised.
