In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R,
Bluefield Solar Income Fund Limited (the "Company") notifies the
market of the following:
As at 31 December
2024, the Company's total issued share capital consisted
of 592,319,217 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 19,133,000 Ordinary Shares
in Treasury.
Therefore, for the purposes of the
Transparency Directive the total number of issued shares with
voting rights in the Company is currently 592,319,217.
The above figure of
592,319,217 may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Bluefield Solar is a London listed income fund
focused primarily on acquiring and managing solar energy assets.
Not less than 75% of the Company's gross assets will be
invested into UK solar assets. The Company can also invest up
to 25% of its gross assets into other technologies, such as wind
