BRAMBLES DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN (DRP) 
- 2009 FINAL DIVIDEND 
 
 
An announcement follows regarding the DRP. 
 
 
At this time, only shareholders whose registered address is in Australia or New 
Zealand are eligible to participate in the DRP. In addition, holders of CREST 
Depository Interests (CDIs) are not eligible to participate in the plan in 
relation to their CDI holdings.

BRAMBLES DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN (DRP) 
 
 
 
 
On 6 October 2009, Brambles announced that the price at which shares would be 
issued under the DRP for the 2009 final dividend would be the lower of the price 
per share calculated for the original pricing period of 22 September to 5 
October 2009 and the alternative pricing period of 12 October to 23 October 
2009, less a discount of 2.5%. 
 
 
Brambles advises that the price (including the discount) for the original 
pricing period was $7.77 per ordinary share and for the alternative pricing 
period was $7.01 per ordinary share. Accordingly, the price at which shares will 
be issued to DRP participants will be $7.01 per ordinary share. 
 
 
Approximately 37% of ordinary shares on issue will participate in the DRP for 
the 2009 final dividend. The DRP has not been underwritten.
