Board Appointment

Charteris is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Allan William Barr as Chief Executive Officer, with immediate effect.

Allan, aged 53, joined the Company in January 2008 as Head of the Financial Services practice. His responsibilities were extended in October 2009 when he was appointed Head of Operations, in which role he made significant improvements to the operational efficiency of the business. Since his appointment as COO in January 2011, he has overseen a reorganisation of the Company and its approach to the market, underpinning the Company's forecast recovery. He was previously the managing director of Flow Interactive Ltd, the user-centred design consultancy, prior to which he held senior consultancy positions at both Barclays Bank and Logica.

There are no other details to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies

Commenting on the appointment, Cliff Preddy, Chairman, said,
