The Company announces that it was on
4 October 2024 informed by Mr Sebastiaan Berger, the Chief
Executive Officer of the Company and Mr Paul Austin, the Chief
Financial Officer of the Company, that Mr Austin had sold 70,000
shares he held in the Company to Mr Berger.
